Real Gymm Youth Academy
Real Gymm Youth Academy will enhance your child's strength, speed and agility. They will increase body awareness, visual reaction times and improve direction changing movements. Mentally, they will set goals and achieve them through discipline, positive reinforcement and confidence building. Membership includes unlimited monthly sessions.

Big Moves...Little Motors
This one of a kind class offers special needs children a comprehensive program of gross motor movement and sensory exploration! Empowering both the mind and muscle, this class offers age-appropriate strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and proprioception activities and themed sensory walks that will provide the opportunity to actively use their senses as they explore a magical scape that helps to build nerve connections in the brain pathways.

Small Group Training
Customized workouts to focus on compound movements at multiple intensities to achieve a more complete level of fitness.

Yoga for mixed-level, beginners and drop-ins.
Saturday
7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
Powerlifting
Small group training specifically focusing on the three main powerlifts: deadlift, back squat and bench press. This class is open to men and women.

Adult Boxing
9:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Mitt work, heavy bag work, double-end bag, speed bag and sparring
